Shipping policy

Electricridesonly.com has probably the fastest handling and shipping time in the whole electric rides industry.

All orders are automatically processed multiple times a day and matched to the closest warehouse that has your product in stock at the time!

Shipping time varies from 1 to 5 business days if in stock and delivery time between 3 to 10 business days.

All our products are shipped domestically.

In the case of a preorder the ETA will always be provided on the product page (below the add to cart button and above the product description).

If your order includes different products they may come in different packages to ensure faster delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse the processing of an order in whole or in part, for any or no reason, at any time at our sole discretion, if we suspect fraud for exemple.

We accept returns but don't accept order cancellations once the order is processed. If you’d like to cancel your order before it has been processed a 4.5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Electricridesonly.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible and pay for all delivery cost to re-deliver the order to a corrected address. Electricridesonly.com will not be responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on
backorder, we will reach out to you via email. If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 10 days we will process the order and submit it for shipment.

Once the tracking number is available we will communicate it to you

On acceptance of orders we will make every effort to process them within the stated time frame. Unfortunately, sometimes unforeseeable events such as severe weather, riots and many others do occur and we are unable to control such events. Therefore, we seek your kind understanding that with regret, electricridesonly.com or Store & Supply llc cannot not be held liable for such shipping delays.

If the delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued payment method. Additionally a restocking and handling fee of 25% (or higher depending on the manufacturer's policy) will apply and will be deducted from the refund amount for your order. The restocking and handling fee will vary per product and brand.
We take great pride in our products and want to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition. To help accomplish this we need your help in identifying if any shipping damage has occurred during transit.
Please follow the steps below BEFORE SIGNING for and ACCEPTING Delivery:

No visible damage:
If there is NO visible holes, rips, dents or tears to any of the packaging, then please sign and accept your delivery without making exceptions.

Visible damage:
If you can see visible damages to the package, rips, dents or tears to any of the packaging, please notate the extent of the damage in the exceptions area of the delivery slip, and accept your delivery. Contact Electric Rides Only's service department at hello@electricridesonly.com within 24 hours after delivery if the item is found to be damaged after unpacking.

Extreme damage:
If you can see an extreme amount of obvious damages to the packaging of your item, please refuse the delivery as “Damaged in Transit”, then both you and the Delivery Driver must sign the BOL. Immediately notify Electric Rides Only shipping department at hello@electricridesonly.com if a shipment is refused due to extreme damage.

Concealed damage:
If there was no visible damage on the packaging, but your order is damaged, immediately notify Electric Rides Only service department at hello@electricridesonly.com to report the damage. Concealed damage claims are limited to 24 hours after delivery in order for us to file a damage claim with the manufacturer and provide you with the fastest solution.
