Electricridesonly.com is an authorized dealer and distributor for all the brands and products sold on this website.
All of our products are covered by their manufacturer warranty and return/refund policies.

Our refund/return policy varies between 7 to 30 days depending on the brand of the item you ordered. Each manufacturer has its own policies and we have to abide by the manufacturer's return and refund policies as we are an authorized dealer for the brands we proudly distribute. Contact us to know the time frame of the return policy of any of our partners. Past the manufacturer's return time frame we can't offer you a refund or an exchange.
We accept returns but don't accept order cancellations once the order is processed. If you’d like to cancel your order before it has been processed a 4.5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be brand new, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include all elements that came with it. If the product you ordered is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, the manufacturer will either fix or replace the product you ordered but your order does not qualify for a cancellation or a refund. All returns must have an RA# which, if eligible, will be provided via email, once we have all the required information. Return shipping cost is at the customer's expense. Product(s) returned without a valid RA# will be refused and returned at the shipper's expense. Please forward your request to hello@electricridesonly.com. Please note that returns are subject to 25% restocking and handling fee or higher depending on the manufacturer's policy.
It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product to the correct warehouse. The address will be given by electricridesonly.com in the return approval email notification. We strongly suggest that you obtain a tracking number for the returning item(s) as well as purchasing a shipping insurance.
If a returned item gets damaged during the return transportation, it is the customer's responsibility to file the claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received it.
Refunds will be made after the product is received and inspected and will only be applied to the original payment method used to place the order.
For all pre-orders and backorders, your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There will be no delay in payment collection, regardless of when the item is expected to ship. If you'd like to cancel a pre-order a 4.5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Any item returned with an order that used a discount code will have the entire discount code value subtracted from the refund value, whether you return one products or multiple Products.
